MUSIC AND VIDEO PRODUCTION
FIVE ACRES STUDIOS:
Five Acres Studios was established in 2004 and hundreds of artists have recorded there since then. Owned and operated by Ryan McAllister, local producer, engineer, songwriter, and recording artist, the studio boasts a vast array of modern and vintage microphones, preamps, amps, guitars, drums, organs and pianos. It is located in a large barn-turned-studio on an acreage just outside of Abbotsford BC, 40 minutes from downtown Vancouver. Fellow producer and drummer Jay Stewart has recently joined the production team at Five Acres. The talented & self-deprecating duo of McAllister and Stewart often collaborate on projects creating a laid back and creative atmosphere. Projects produced at Five Acres have won JUNO and multiple CGMA awards and found placements in dozens of television and film scores.

VIDEO PRODUCTION:
For the past decade, Five Acres Studios has collaborated with Firecanvas Productions to create dozens of music and corporate videos in locations ranging from the top of the North Shore mountains to the plains of Zambia. They have invested over $50,000 in multiple high end cameras, drones, lighting and stabilizers and can create just about anything you have in mind. Our creative department has been writing music video treatments and corporate video scripts for nearly 20 years and would love to bring all of that experience, creativity and expertise to your next project.

VALLEY MUSIC CO. is a collective of musicians created to help build the local music scene. Developing quality relationships with artists is the heart of everything we do.
Over the past 20 years, the team at VALLEY MUSIC CO. have experienced the highs and lows of the music industry. We've personally seen major label record deals come and go and we've seen some artists succeed while other equally talented artists struggle to attain exposure.
We've also seen artists ripped off by the many charlatans that tend to surround the music scene, exchanging phoney promises for the last of your dwindling budget. We offer the artists we work with the knowledge we've obtained without having to go through some of those painful lessons. We also offer valuable resources at the best value in town. Some of these resources include: songwriting, recording, production, mixing, mastering, web design, social media campaigns, crowd-funding campaigns, marketing campaigns, merchandise & CD production, song placements for film & TV, album artwork design and live bookings.
We provide the artists we work with step-by-step information and advice to help walk you through the release of a project in order to give it the best chance to succeed while helping you avoid some common pitfalls.
